Alongside our bespoke butchery services, we offer processing for both chickens and turkeys in a new, purpose-built poultry facility.
Birds are brought into a calm, low-light area designed to reduce stress before processing. They then move through a carefully controlled system where they are prepared, cleaned, and chilled to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Once chilled, poultry can be further prepared or packed to your requirements.
All work is carried out by licensed staff, and bird welfare is carefully monitored at every stage. Our facility operates in line with UK welfare and food safety standards, giving you confidence that your poultry is handled with care and professionalism.
