Butchery Services

In 2022 we invested in a purpose-built butchery unit housed here on the farm. This allows us to not only prepare our own meat to the highest standards but also offer a service to other farmers and producers like ourselves who would like greater control over their products.

We are now Organic! In response to the growing organic market we are now officially certified by the Soil Association to Butcher, pack & label organic meat.

Currently we employ two full-time butchers and with excellent facilities we can offer the following services:

Large chiller capacity for aging carcasses
Expert cutting to your specification
Hand or machine pressed Burgers
Bespoke sausage making
Rapid vacuum packing
Custom labelling using your artwork & pricelist
Boxes/Packaging

We are able to transport your animals to the following local abattoirs; T Allman, Forge Farm & Downland Traditional Meats. We can also arrange collection of carcasses in our refrigerated vehicle.
