In 2022 we invested in a purpose-built butchery unit housed here on the farm. This allows us to not only prepare our own meat to the highest standards but also offer a service to other farmers and producers like ourselves who would like greater control over their products.
We are now Organic! In response to the growing demand for organic produce, we are proud to share that we are now officially certified by the Soil Association to butcher, pack, and label organic meat.
Employing a team of four Butchers and with excellent facilities we can offer the following services:
Using our specialist vehicles, we are able to transport your animals to the following local abattoirs: T Allman, Forge Farm, and Downland Traditional Meats. We can also arrange the collection of carcasses in our refrigerated vehicle and deliver finished goods to your farm, shop, or restaurant in our refrigerated butcher’s van — you may have seen it around!
